None other than Femke Bol will be at the start of the FBK Games on Sunday June 4th in Hengelo. The 23-year-old athlete competes on the 400 meters. This is the same distance on which she pulverized the ancient 1982 indoor track world record last weekend.

Five reigning Olympic champions showed their supremacy with victories at the 41st edition of the FBK Games in Hengelo on Monday (6), with Sweden’s Mondo Duplantis shining brightest of all, clearing 6.01m in the pole vault – the highest outdoor clearance this year.

The 41st edition of the FBK Games in Hengelo is held on Whit Monday June 6th, 2022. This year’s event will be full of exciting battles. The world’s best athletes both national and international will battle for the win in the sixteen events. Among them are 5 reigning Olympic Champions, 4 World Champions and 2 World Record holders.

Op 6 juni 2022 worden er in Hengelo op de 100 meter horden en de 800 meter bij de vrouwen spannende duels uitgevochten. Hordeloopster Nadine Visser loopt in het FBK-Stadion tegen de regerend Amerikaanse wereldkampioene Nia Ali. Tweevoudig olympisch kampioene op de 1500 meter Faith Kipyegon uit Kenia komt in Hengelo uit op de 800 meter en neemt het op tegen de huidige Oegandese wereldkampioene op die afstand Halima Nakaayi.
